1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using nstantcode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
nstantcode is a browser-based IDE that creates an encrypted tunnel to your local machine. It provides remote access to your local development environment from any device. Key capabilities include:
- Browser IDE with code editor and file browser
- Full terminal access connected to your local machine
- Database Studio for connecting to your own SQL databases
- Built-in AI coding agents (Claude, Gemini, GPT)
- Support for your own AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf) with your own subscriptions
- Shareable localhost URLs for previewing your running apps
3. Account & Eligibility
You must create an account to use nstantcode. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
4. Your Code & Data
Your code never leaves your machine. nstantcode uses a zero-upload architecture — we create an encrypted tunnel to serve your files in the browser, but we do not store, copy, or have access to your source code or project files.
You retain full ownership of all code, content, and data on your machine. We make no claim to any intellectual property you create or access through the service.
5. AI Usage
nstantcode includes built-in AI agents that run within the browser IDE. When you use built-in AI features, your prompts and relevant context are sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) to generate responses. We do not use your data to train AI models.
If you use your own AI agent subscriptions (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) through the IDE, those interactions are governed by the respective provider's terms. We do not intercept or store traffic between you and your own AI tools.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use nstantcode to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Distribute malware, engage in unauthorized access, or perform attacks against any systems
- Abuse the service infrastructure, including excessive resource consumption intended to degrade service for others
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without written permission
7. Billing & Subscription
nstantcode offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). All prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period expires.
8. Refund Policy
We offer a money-back guarantee within 7 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund proportional to your unused credits. For example, if you have used 30% of your credits, you will receive a refund of 70% of the purchase price. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
After the 7-day window, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will resolve it.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep nstantcode available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on your local machine being online and running the nstantcode agent. Downtime may occur for maintenance or unforeseen issues. Since your code is on your machine, your projects are never at risk during service interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
nstantcode is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, nstantcode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the browser IDE ends, but your code remains on your local machine — we never had it.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Refund Policy / თანხის დაბრუნება
We offer a money-back guarantee within 7 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service, contact us at info@nstantcode.com to request a refund. The refund amount is proportional to your remaining unused credits — for example, if 70% of your credits are unused, you receive 70% of the purchase price back. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
After the 7-day period, refunds are not available for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will resolve the issue.
